toth shop launched in 2015. but, truth be told, this was a side hustle that started in 2012 when we saw a couple of problems...
the problems
we experienced too many pitches with way too many pivot tables and not enough storytelling - and eye roll-worthy grammatical errors to boot.
businesses were struggling to narrow down their strengths and value into real strategies and good content.
humans were wrestling with their personal strengths and value, and how to make them into stories to fuel personal brands.
none of those problems needed a big agency in a gilded office or an off-shore writer. they needed a personal touch - someone to listen, think creatively together, and act with agility, curiosity, and human brain magic.
