pandemic [adj] : (of a disease) prevalent throughout an entire country, continent, or the whole world; epidemic over a large area.
by definition, “pandemic” is a frightening word. and that’s frightening. because we’re currently throwing this word around.
for many of us, this is unprecedented. the world is scared. we’re all scared. but we can’t let fear win.
now is the time to get curious. (curiosity is an anecdote for fear and anxiety.) to evaluate what truly matters. to stand steady. to support local. to spread love, kindness, peace. to look fear in the eye; tell it you won’t run.
