thank you for joining us this year. this is our eighth year in business; we’ve grown every year since 2015. this year was/is, by far, the fullest and the most fun.
team toth shop is excited to share our “impact report” with you.
although impact reports are often associated with how a brand shares and reports on their respective environmental or sustainability efforts, we use the word “impact” here in a way that honors the og definition: to have a direct effect or impact on.
this report includes the experiences, people, conversations, content pieces, trends, and aha! moments that had a direct effect on us both personally and professionally.
