Although impact reports are often associated with how a brand shares and reports on their respective environmental or sustainability efforts, we use the word “impact” here in a way that honors the og definition: to have a direct effect or impact on.

This report includes experiences, people, conversations, content, and aha! moments that had a direct effect on us both personally and professionally.
