in the face of altered plans and uncertainties, the thought, "why even try?" starts to tempt.
the irony is that when "why even try?" creeps in, it's at that exact moment that it's more important than EVER to try.
externally, things will always change. there'll always be curveballs; roadblocks; plans interrupted.
but the real work is this: showing up despite adversity.
don't dwell on the complexities or hurdles. don't make excuses.
just take this one first step: show up.
arrive on your mat.
