the action:
in 2023, ppl’s new senior management team wanted to create a brand that was more human-centered and spoke to the needs of today's organizations and their people. the copy on their website needed a refreshed voice & tone to reflect this. they needed a strong and consistent brand voice to clearly communicate the depth of their offerings and what’s possible for people and teams who take their assessments and engage in their programming. at first, lisa dunbar, ceo of ppl, came to toth shop for a second set of eyes on new website copy they were developing. they wanted a second opinion, and, upon toth shop’s strategic recommendations, opted to invite toth shop to the table - and rewrite the website’s copy with an elevated brand voice and an accessible, human tone.
