what are the things you find yourself mulling over during your free time? for me, it's a two seater porch "restaurant." will it happen? no. but what themes are found there? connection, genuine hospitality, creativity, and community.
when I feel out of sorts, this is my trick for re-centering: what do I fixate on? i love food and company. i love supporting my community. a good dose of creativity is always good for my soul. i like for people to feel good.
being mindful of why you keep returning to your daydream and ask yourself, "what do i fixate on?"
