what began as an ask for support in clear messaging about my new business and struggles with describing myself using language of “success” (I really struggle with talking about myself), ended with an entire team to launch my website and course content and blog posts and social media campaign.
meg understood what I needed before I even breathed the words. she heard the vision, and went straight into action, not only developing the most incredible content that took everything I meant but fumbled in words, but resourcing her nearest and dearest to help me with logo, website design and launch, creating course content through video editing, and enough social media content to get me through my launch and initial months.
it wasn’t just action that set meg and the toth shop team apart. it was their true understanding of my vision and helping guide me with ideas such as a personal letter to my future customers, a manifesto for the business (which she wrote with such depth and clarity, i’d never know she wasn’t a therapist and educator herself), and personal brand elements to guide my vision as I move to the future.
seriously, the best. If you’re on the fence, do it. your business is worth the investment.
christy Livingston, LMFT, RPT-S

the client:
christy livingston came to us with a vision: build something new for therapists—especially those working with kids and families—who feel boxed in by outdated models, burned out by the system, or simply ready for a better way. as a practicing therapist, clinical supervisor, and educator, christy had the credibility and the content. what she needed was a message that matched her clarity of purpose.
rethink today was more than a brand. It was a movement—a call to action for therapists who want to grow without grinding themselves down. but building something fresh means leaving behind the familiar. we needed to create a foundation that felt grounded, not generic. one that reflected christy’s deep clinical experience and warm, real-world voice—without sounding clinical or cold.
the action:
from the first conversation, it was clear: this wasn’t about marketing speak or mental health buzzwords. It was about trust. we started with a series of working sessions with christy—part interview, part exploration—designed to draw out what she believed, what she offered, and how she wanted to show up in the world.
we built the messaging from scratch, shaping the brand voice to sound like christy: warm, wise, and practical. the kind of voice that says, “i’ve been where you are,” and means it.
then we went deeper. we developed the brand positioning, crafted the homepage narrative, and wrote every word across the site—from course descriptions to product blurbs to mission language. every line was shaped to serve a clear purpose: helping therapists see themselves in this work and feel invited into something better.
The name already said it: rethink today. we just made sure the message lived up to it.
the impact:
since launch, christy has seen a powerful response—from site visitors, course participants, and the larger therapy community. the message is landing. the right people are finding their way in.
more than just a website, rethink today is becoming what it was always meant to be: a trusted, real-talk resource for therapists who want more—for their clients, their practices, and themselves.
and as christy continues to build new tools, trainings, and offerings, she now has a clear, confident brand to carry it forward.
