“know thyself” is age-old wisdom from socrates that rings true today. while it’s exceptionally important for the individual, businesses would also benefit to know what they stand for, their mission, and their vision.
however, you can’t just know “thyself”…you have to know your audience. sure, your brand identity is Point A, but ultimately, your customer is Point B. what kind of person are you aiming to reach? what are their interests? their communication styles? where are they? get detailed about your customers and their needs.
